List out names from your Notebooks by rows on the sheet "Name Listing-Per Notebooks

If you need more numbers in an individual row you need to make those addjustments on this sheet first.

copy the additional numbers you need per row from the next row. Currently each row has 16 names listed.

if you need 17 or 18 in row 1, then copy 17 and 18 from row 2 down to row 1 after number 16.

after adding additional numbers to the row, you will need to move the numbers up in the next rows. You can

do this by deleting the now blank cells and "Shift cells up" when promted
