This Excel workbook serves as a means of supplying point source discharge information necessary to estimate loadings to Tampa Bay from domestic and industrial point source facilities. A separate Excel workbook should be provided for each facility. The sheet "Facility&Outfall Information" is for providing information for a single facility's discharge. Under the column "Outfall ID", please provide information for each outfall location, including whether the outfall is to surface waters or for reuse and/or land application. Identification of the outfall type (surface water, reuse/land application) allows us to utilize the appropriate algorithms to make loading estimates. The sheet "Data" is for entering monthly average discharge rate and water quality concentrations specific to each outfall. If more than one outfall exists for a given facility, please copy and paste the rows for the monthly data entry for 2012-2014 below the first set of rows already provided, and enter the information specific to each outfall. The preferred units for monthly average discharge rate are million gallons/day (MGD) and for concentrations are millgrams/liter (mg/L). If these are not the units available, please provide the units of measure for both discharge rate and concentration, as provided for in the "Data" sheet. Note that only data already being measured are requested. Please do not delete columns in the "Data" sheet even if they are not applicable for a given facilty, just leave them blank. This aids us in our ability to quickly read the data into our database. For questions, please contact Marcus Beck, 727-893-2765, mbeck@tbep.org.
