I was a little exhausted which slightly curbed my enthusiasm. Obviously if I had rode this as a stand alone ride my experience would've been better. I turn on and off the maps as needed, and can AutoRoute with my installed map. I would like tracks that I can change the colors as needed. I think the tracks should match the maps with bails etc. The arrows are not necessary for me. I just look at the bread crumbs and know which way to go. More exploring caves, landmarks, vistas, etc. | Some new riders didn't follow good riding etiquette by riding on closed trails, stopping in the middle of roads/trails, losing track of group members, and riding too fast around blind corners. | I prefer destination rides with a chase truck. I would like to see more landmarks or scenic areas. I think the explorer ride shouldn't be limited to CO. | The year on this form is incorrect | I thoroughly enjoyed the ride and meeting new people. Even driving to a start point is better than burning road. But you gotta do what you gotta do. | Ask that other riders do not ride the course backwards. It is dangerous and I have personal friends with serious injuries and deaths from head ons. With 20 riders if 5 decide to ride backwards one just has to do the math and that is 5 times 15 chances that there could be an accident. Stupid in my book. I took offence to it. It is bad enough we have to watch for traffic without people doing it on purpose. I personally saw 2 riders have to go off course and into a canyon ditch because of it on this ride alone. To me it is not funny when riders are using a strap to pull a bike back up when someone could have been seriously injured. I have been to one funeral and 2 hospitals this year alone for head ones of friends. Muey Mal. Bad idea. | Moab, Nor Cal, Utah, Montana (I may have connections there for you).
