The NJ Center for Tourette Syndrome & Associated Disorders (NJCTS) is seeking nominations from its membership for its 2014 NJCTS Educator of the Year Award. The award will go to an educator in New Jersey who has made a significant difference in the life of a child with Tourette Syndrome during the 2013-2014 school year.
If you wish to to nominate a teacher, guidance counselor, principal or other education professional in the school your child attends, please complete this form. Education professionals may be from either public or private schools. All nominations must be received by May 1, 2014.
