Registered participants will get a discount on the shirt of $6. They will be sold for $10 at the festival.

Please fill out the following if your going to compete for the talent or fashion show or do an exhibition. All CULTURAL booths are required to complete a description of their costume. HOST OF A BOOTH
Please fill out the following if you choose to host a cultural booth or game booth. There will be a Booth Decoration contest. In addition to the best decorated booth, each booth should have a model representing their country's traditional wear and will be required to walk on stage. The best decorated & represented booth will win a prize at the end of the festival. If you will NOT be hosting a booth, DO NOT COMPLETE this section. Skip to the next section or submit form.
