(1) Rarely focuses on the task, and does not respect deadlines. Group has to adjust deadlines or work responsibilities. Has inadequate time management and display lack of collaboration.
(2) Sometimes focuses on the task and what needs to be done. Must be prodded sometimes to keep on task. Tends to procrastinate, but finally gets things done on deadlines.
(3) Focuses on the task and what needs to be done most of the time. Uses time satisfactorily. Procrastinates a little.
(4) Consistently stays focused on the task and what needs to be done. Very self - directed. Uses time well to ensure things get done on time. Does not procrastinate.
