Baldwin Wallace 2013 Extended Stay Application

PLEASE NOTE: If you have applied for summer housing, you do not need to apply for Extended Stay as your summer housing assignment allows you to remain in your current room until your summer room is ready. Also, extended stay does not apply for on campus houses or apartments. Baldwin Wallace Residence Halls close for the 2012-2013 Academic year on Friday, May 10, 2013 at 9:00pm. If you need to stay in your residence hall room beyond this time, for any reason, you must have submitted this form no later than Monday, April 29, 2013 in order for it to be on-time. Status of your application will be emailed to you on Friday, May 3. If approved, you will have until 7:00pm on Sunday, May 12th to check out of your room . REMEMBER: IF YOUR EXTENDED STAY APPLICATION IS APPROVED, IT REMAINS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SCHEDULE A CHECKOUT APPOINTMENT WITH A RESIDENCE LIFE STAFF MEMBER. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE FOR IMPROPER CHECKOUT TO YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT. A fee of $25/night will be charged to your student account if you are not a graduating senior or member of an approved group.
