Please use this form to request changes to your new schedule for the 2013-2014 school year. While we will make every effort to fulfill your requests, some changes may not be possible due to class size or scheduling. Please provide any additional information in the comment section below. Please submit this form online by Friday, August 16, 2013. Your counselor will review your request and when possible, make the change to your schedule. You will be notified by email or phone call if the change is not possible. New schedules will be available during Walk the Springs, Friday, August 23, 2013.
