All clubs and subgroups need to fill this out in order to keep recognition! Your recognition status isn't based on the content of your responses, simply that you completed this form. Email us at

What budgeting council are you in?
If you're not sure, check senate.tufts.edu > Treasury > Budgets for a list of clubs in each council.

We need an up-to-date copy of your Constitution.
Upload it somewhere and give us the download link. For example, http://www.2shared.com/ . We have a (potentially outdated) copy of your constitution if and only if your club submitted it for rerecognition last year (if you're not sure, shoot us an email - firstname.lastname@example.org - and we'll let you know). If your club doesn't have a constitution, don't tell us because that's bad, and go write a new one.
