MHSA Stakeholder Communications Survey

The Mental Health and Substance Abuse Division (MHSA) of DSHS is dedicated to maintaining a collaborative partnership with its diverse group of stakeholders. In the summer of 2010, we conducted a stakeholder survey to get input on improving communications to individuals engaged in various internal and external stakeholder groups coordinated by MHSA. Information about many of these stakeholder groups is available at: http://www.dshs.state.tx.us/mhsa/groups-and-councils/. We have acted on many of the recommendations we heard at that time, and this follow-up survey is designed to assess how well we're doing today and where we still need to improve.The division appreciates your unique perspective, and will continue to build upon this feedback through subsequent surveys. Participation in this survey is strictly voluntary and all responses will remain anonymous. However, there will be an opportunity at the end of the survey to share your personal information should you require follow-up from the division. A compilation of the survey results will be shared on our web site at http://www.dshs.state.tx.us/mhsa-announcements/. This survey should take an average of five minutes to complete. Thank you!
