iPoly Yearbook: Class of 2012 Senior Survey
Homework assignment from yearbook! This survey shouldn't take more than a half an hour, but the more thorough you are, the better. We use this survey to find seniors for profiles that are put among the senior portraits in this year's yearbook.

A couple of ground rules for senior quotes:
- It must be school appropriate.
- It must be no more than 140 characters.
- All required boxes must be filled with appropriate information.
