Families Create! December 2011 Make and Play Challenge
Once your carnival post is scheduled (or published), please enter all of the information below to help us keep track of our carnival participants. All questions are required, so please do not submit your form until you have the details for your carnival post.

To participate in the carnival, you must schedule your post to publish on or before December 31. Once we have all of the links, we will ask you to edit your post to include the other participants' links (we will email you with the html code to include).
