Northwestern University Residential Life - Information and Mail Center Clerk Application

Thank you for your interest in the Information and Mail Center Clerk position. Information and Mail Center Clerks provide exceptional customer service and support for campus mail and information operations in the residence halls. All Information and Mail Center Clerks must be work-study eligible. Information and Mail Center Clerks typically work 6 to 12 hours a week, including some weekend hours. Information and Mail Center Clerks will be open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., including finals weeks each quarter. Individuals are typically assigned to one location, but may work at multiple Information and Mail Centers. This position is available for the Fall 2012 Quarter. Process, Training, and Scheduling

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the summer. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply early. Phone interviews may be conducted, and employment offers will also be made on a rolling basis until the IMC teams are full. New students who are hired will need to attend training on September 25 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. New students will be added to the schedule and begin regular shifts in the days following the training.
