Fill out this form to request delivery of yard signs for National, State and Local candidates you wish to show your support.  If you can approve placement for more than one location, please fill out one entry for each location. Some signs may be in limited supply, but we will attempt to deliver as many as are available.

We could use plenty of help preparing and delivering signs.  Please indicate if you are available to help on the times indicated.  All activity will be done at campaign headquarters, 109 Kellogg Ave, Ames. Good democratic vans and pickups and big cars are most welcome on Saturday for delivery.
