Please answer all questions. The deadline for applications is April 5, 2013. Persons requesting financial aid should apply as soon as possible. After this date, support will be awarded as long as space and funds are available.
Students seeking funding should arrange to have a supporting letter from their department head or advisor e-mailed to Dr. Jason Williford (firstname.lastname@example.org). Support can cover room/board and/or partial support for travel. Travel funds are more limited, and will be given to fewer participants.
Faculty seeking support should e-mail a short vita, a letter describing his/her professional aspirations and what he/she hopes to accomplish through participation in this conference, and arrange to have a letter of recommendation from his/her department head sent by e-mail to Dr. Jason Williford (email@example.com).
The University of Wyoming is a member of the Institute for Mathematics and its Applications. Faculty and students attending an institution with an IMA membership may be eligible for support from the IMA. Faculty and students from these institutions should check with their department head to see if such funds are available.
Participants not seeking funding should fill out the housing application and indicate that no funds are requested.
The cost of the conference is $800 for a single room. This includes all registration fees as well as room and board for 12 conference days. Check in will be Sunday June 16, and check out the morning of Friday June 28th.
