Mindfulness Workshop

Adam McCabe will be hosting three separate workshop series on Mindfulness during the Fall 2013 semester. These workshops are open to all students, faculty, and staff and are designed to help you learn and practice mindfulness skills. Each workshop consists of two sessions, please plan to attend both sessions. Here is information about the workshop days/times/locations: Workshop 1: Monday, September 23 & 30, 5:00 - 6:00pm, Howard Hall room 221. Workshop 2: Wednesday, October 16 & 23, 10:00 - 11:00am, Howard Hall room 221. Workshop 3: Friday, November 15 & 22, 1:00 - 2:00pm, Merwin Hall room 203A.
