Looking for students with various campus involvements/experiences to work together to improve diversity and inclusion on campus. The Taskforce aims toward embracing a more unified campus by engaging and promoting inclusivity and awareness beginning with the following three challenges:
1. Determining a specific empirical and formal way to gauge what the students/faculty members think about diversity and inclusivity on campus, with much focus on implementing a campus climate survey.
2. Improving diversity courses provided as well as increasing the number of faculty from diverse backgrounds to help broaden perspectives on such topics.
3. Defining and developing a reporting process for students who have been discriminated against and developing further lines of support for underrepresented students.
