Would you be interested/available in offering support as Work Exchange?
While all class attendees are asked to take ritual roles and help with setup tasks or takedown tasks for the ritual, there is other work that helps the facilitators and organizers out.
I'm good at hauling things, I can help with loading in supplies before the class starts on Friday or after the event on Sunday.
I could help prepare meals or snacks for the class attendees
I have a car and could help pick people up at the airport or host a carpool for Chicagoland attendees, or be a gopher and pick up supplies
I have a couch/air mattress/spare room and could house an out of town attendee or two
I'm a bodyworker and could offer shoulder massages to facilitators, volunteers, or to raise funds for Ringing Anvil at events
I'm not sure what I could offer but I'd like to find ways to help
I could offer clerical help like data entry after the event is over with
I'm not interested in offering work exchange at this time
If you are coming in from out of town, would you be interested in being housed by someone local or splitting a hotel room? If so we'll contact you for additional questions to connect you to a roommate or roommates. Currently the hotel that looks like the best option is a Super 8, about 20 minutes west of the venue.
I am not interested in a hotel room or being housed locally
I would be interested in a hotel room on my own (about $50 a night)
I would be interested in sharing a hotel room with only one other person (about $25 a night)
I would be interested in sharing a hotel room with 3-4 other people ($13-17 per night)
I am coming in from out of town but cannot afford a hotel room and would like to be placed with someone local who might have a couch, air bed, or spare room.
Would you be interested in paying into a meal plan for the weekend?
If so we'll contact you for food preferences. We're considering either having some prepared meals, or possibly collecting funds ahead of time to order in sandwiches or something similar.
No; I'll bring my own lunches/dinners
I'm not sure
