Please complete this online form and submit at least five days prior to a scheduled tryout.  Complete a separate online form if you have more than one swimmer.  Please ensure that you type your email address correctly in this online form, as that is the method we will use to confirm your registration.

Tryout space is limited, so please register as early as possible.  You should receive an email confirmation within a few days of submitting this registration.  

Tryout instructions:
Arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign in and allow time for the swimmer to get changed and on deck by the designated start time.  A swimsuit and goggles are the only equipment you need to bring.

Objective:
THSC coaches will ask the swimmer to demonstrate stroke capability while swimming four to five 25-yd widths of the pool. This will be used to determine which squad the swimmer might be qualified to join.

Note: Participation in a THSC swimmer tryout does not guarantee that the swimmer will be asked to join the club.  The swimmer's abilities and available space are some, but not all, of the determining factors.

The Tualatin Hills Aquatic Center requires the swimmer's Parent or Guardian to remain in the pool facility during the tryout.  (05/25/13)
