The DEADLINE for responding to the Call for Abstracts has been extended through Friday, August 10. In completing the Call for Abstract form, you'll be asked for 600 word abstract, author information, disclosure/possible conflict of interest information, behavioral objectives. As the form is to be completed in one sitting, it is recommended that you write the abstract in Word, then cut and paste into the appropriate space below. Submissions will be acknowledged on a regular basis throughout the Call. Acceptances will be notified in late August.

Having an interest in an organization does not prevent a speaker from making a presentation, but the audience must be informed of this relationship prior to the start of the activity and any potential conflict must be resolved.
