Participate in one or two hands-on volunteering activities sponsored by LU organizations, from fort-building to knitting. Each 45-minute activity/workshop will enable you to volunteer from right on campus or learn about future ways to get involved with LU organizations. CHOOSE ONE or TWO! Sponsored by: Volunteer and Community Service Center and LU organizations
GlamourGals - Get a makeover and learn how to give makeovers to elderly residents at Brewster Village. Also, make crafts to donate to Brewster Village! Open to people of all genders.
Greenfire - Prepare eco-friendly craft kits to teach to kids!
WhoKnits - Learn how to knit a blanket square (no experience necessary!); create a blanket to donate to homeless shelters
Habitat for Humanity - Make birdhouses to give to new homeowners and learn about homelessness, Habitat for Humanity, and Appleton area organizations committed to providing low-income housing
Join GLOW in receiving a volunteer ORIENTATION for long-term volunteering at the Boys & Girls Club!
Harbor House Domestic Abuse Services volunteer ORIENTATION (this event is 2 hours, so if you choose the ORIENTATION, do not pick another event from this list)
