Fitness Center Room Rental Form
The Fitness Center, located at SLC ___, is available for rental to students, faculty, staff, alumni, affiliates and the general public.
To inquire about reserving the fitness center room, the following form must be completed in its entirety and must be placed 2 weeks in advance.
An invoice will be generated and emailed based on the information provided below.

Directions to USFSP
Go southbound on I275; get off at the "Tropicana Field" exit (Exit 22). Stay in your left lane until the highway ends - this will shoot you out onto 5th Avenue south; get into the right lane on 5th Avenue and turn right onto 2st Street (the 2nd light). Go all the way down 2st Street until you reach the University (stop sign), then turn left onto 6th Avenue South and our Fitness Center is located in the Student Life Center (SLC) building, on the corner of 6th Avenue South and 1st Street South.
If parking, please park on 1st Street South or 6th Avenue South as close to our facility as possible or purchase a daily parking pass for the USFSP parking garage, located on 6th Avenue South and 2nd Street South.
