The portfolio review will take place Thursday, May 10th in the multi-purpose room of the McFarland Student Union Building on the second floor starting at 5 p.m. There will be hot and cold hors d’oeuvres served throughout the dinner hour. I hope you will be able to join a distinguished group of art directors, designers, and illustrators to review the portfolios of the senior students in attendance.
The itinerary is as follows:
4:45………… Check in will begin at the door for early arrivals
5:00………… Hors d’oeuvres and mingle
5:30………… Company introductions and location
6:00–10:00…. Student Reviews
Again, the students will be most appreciative of your comments on their work. They have been waiting all year for this event. Please consider bringing plenty of business cards to distribute to the students that you review.
In addition, due to the growth of your participation at the Senior Portfolio Review table location at this year’s event will be first-come-first-serve. If your business plans to bring multiple attendees please designate a person to come early, check in at the door and reserve your table. Please keep in mind, we have a limited number of tables that can accommodate groups larger than four and if we run out of tables in the large hall late-comers will seated in the adjacent room.
