Thank you for your interest in attending a Market preview dinner. Market's menu builds upon fine European technique, while sourcing from the Northwest's wealth of ingredients. Chef Troy Furuta's tasting menus may include unique dishes such as grilled peaches with house made ricotta, shaved prosciutto, basil, and burnt honey gastrique; pan roasted salmon darne seasoned with prickly ash and Himalayan sea salt, with Thai basil, hearts of palm, Persian cucumbers and Charleston gold rice; or bucatini with ground bacon, Balinese long peppercorn, basil, and pecorino romano.
Market's preview dinner will be a three-course meal for $30 with optional wine pairings for an additional $15. We are currently accepting reservation requests for Monday July 30 through Friday August 3.

Market is located at 200 SW Market Street, Portland OR. Market offers free valet parking for all guests. Please note that we will not take reservations for pre-theatre guests after 5:45pm in order to guarantee that you make it to the show on time.
