NADIA Volunteering Work at Oshika on February 11(Sat) and 12(Sun)
(Sunday work can be near HQ, depending on their needs)
 
Dates:
Volunteering work time
-February11 (Sat) 8:30 to 15:30
-February12 (Sun) 8:00 to 14:30

Transportation:
-Nadia will be arranging a bus to Oshika if more than 10 people join the trip
-You can also join the trip by other means of transportation

Accommodation:
-NADIA coordinate accommodation a Ryokan at Onagawa.(For PLAN 1 & 2 participants only)
-Style: Generally Japanese Style, shared room (1 room for male/1 room for female).

Participation PLANS (Please select one)
-PLAN 1:  NADIA Bus +Ryokan at Onagawa
   * Cost: 26.000 Yen per person
   Includes: transportation by bus, 1 night accommodation with dinner/breakfast,  and all the tools needed to work (sacks, shovels, crowbars, brushes…),
   * Departure: From Shinjuku on February 10(Fri) @ 23:00
   * Arrival at HQ: on February 11(Sat) @ 6:00AM
   * Change clothes and getting ready for work at HQ, and leaving for Oshika around 07:30
   * Departure from Ishinomaki: on February 12 (Sun) @ 15:30
   * Arrival in Tokyo:  around 23:00 on February 12 (depending on traffic condition).

-PLAN 2: Ryokan at Onagawa
   * Cost: 10,000 Yen/person
      Includes: 1 night accommodation at ryokan diner/Breakfast, all the tools needed to work (sacks, shovels, crowbars, brushes…)
   * Transportation: please manage your own transportation between Tokyo and Oshika
   * Meeting point: NADIA Headquarters in Ishinomaki at 6:30 AM on Saturday morning: 〒986-0015 宮城県石巻市吉野町2丁目 1-26 石巻水産ビル(Miyagi-Ken, Ishinomaki-shi, Yoshinocho, 2-1-26, Suisan Bldg) or, Oshika volunteer center at 08:30 on saturday morning

-PLAN 3: NADIA Work ONLY
   * Cost: 2,000 yen per weekend
      Includes: use of tools (Sacks, shovels, wheelbarrows, brushes, etc)
   * Accommodation: You MUST secure your own accommodation in advance. Beware that most hotels and Ryokans are fully occupied by working groups. NADIA will not be able to provide information on local accommodation.
   * Transportation: please manage your own transportation between Tokyo and Oshika and between Ishinomaki and your accommodation facility,
   * Meeting point: NADIA Headquarters in Ishinomaki at 6:30 AM on Saturday morning: 〒986-0015 宮城県石巻市吉野町2丁目 1-26 石巻水産ビル(Miyagi-Ken, Ishinomaki-shi, Yoshinocho, 2-1-26, Suisan Bldg), or, 08;30 at Oshika volunteer center


Insurance:
-Volunteering insurance is MANDATORY to participate in NADIA activities. Please refer to our blog for information on how to get volunteering insurance: team-nadia.org

Liabilities:
-By registering, you understand and agree that Nadia will not bear responsibility for any damage or injury that may occur during transportation, as well as during volunteering work.

Equipment:
- Follow instructions on our blog about what to wear and what equipment to bring: team-nadia.org
- Do not forget to bring enough water or sports drinks!

Cancellation policy:
- Please understand that we are charged in full for bus and accommodation cancellation and that NADIA doesn’t have the means to cover these costs. We will of course strive to lower these costs as much as possible by looking for replacement applicants. However, we ask you to agree on the following cancellation conditions:
   * Transportation: 100% transportation fee will be charged for cancellation occurring less than 5 days before departure

Personal information policy:
- Your personal information will stay confidential and will be used only for coordination purposes.

Age of participants
- Participants must be 20 years old and up
   * 18 to 19 years old need parental signature
   * 15 to 17 years old need to be accompanied with parents
   * 0 to 14 years old = not allowed to participate

NADIA ボランティア活動・2012年2月11日～12日

日程

・現地の作業期間：
2月11日（土）朝８時30分～午後3時30分
2月12日（日）朝8時30分～午後2時30分

交通
・NADIAがバスを用意する予定です。（最低限10人が乗る前提条件付き、プラン1の参加者が対象）
・バス以外の交通の場合、ご自身の手配で参加が可能です。

宿泊
・女川町にある旅館に宿泊になります。。（プラン１・２の参加者が対象）
・石巻は冬を迎え非常に寒さが厳しくなっています。十分な防寒対策の上お越し下さい。

参加プラン（いずれかをお選びください）
・プラン１：NADIAバス＋宿泊
　　＊参加費：２６、０００円　（以下が含まれます）
　　　　往復バス・現地の移動
　　　　コーディネーションや工具（スコップ、バールなど）
　　　　旅館宿泊費（夕食／朝食付き）
　　＊日程：
　　　　出発：新宿駅・2月10日金曜日２３：００
　　　　現地到着：2月11日土曜日・朝６：００（HQにて着替え準備の後牡鹿半島へ）
　　　　現地出発：2月12日日曜日・午後３：３０
　　　　到着：新宿駅・２３：００（渋滞により異なる場合もあります）

・プラン２：牡鹿半島での旅館宿泊
　　　＊参加費：１０、０００円
　　　　含：牡鹿半島内のナディアがアレンジする旅館に宿泊
　　　　　　コーディネーションや工具（どのう袋スコップ、バールなど）
　　　＊日程：　
　　　　　　集合場所：牡鹿ボランティアセンター（〒986-2523 石巻市鮎川浜湊川63番地 牡鹿公民館）朝８：３０
　　　　　
　　　＊交通：ご自身で手配して下さい。

・プラン３：NADIA活動のみ
　　　＊参加費：２０００円　/1人/２日
　　　　　含：コーディネーションや工具（どのう袋スコップ、バールなど）
　　　＊集合場所：牡鹿ボランティアセンター
　　　　　（〒986-2523 石巻市鮎川浜湊川63番地 牡鹿公民館）
　　　＊集合時間：2月11日土曜日　朝８：３０
　　　＊交通・宿泊：ご自身で手配して下さい。現地の宿泊は必ず事前に予約して下さい。NADIAでは交通や宿泊に関しての問い合わせはお断りします。


ボランティア保険
・ボランティア保険は必須です。必ず加入して下さい。
・加入していない方は、受付することは出来ません。
・加入方法についてはNADIAホームページ又はお近くの社会福祉協議会にてお尋ね下さい。

負傷・怪我について
・当活動に参加登録することでボランティア活動中及び移動中の怪我や負傷に関して、NADIAは責任を負えないことをご理解とご了承を頂く同意になります。

作業服・道具
・作業服や道具などをご自身で用意して下さい。ご参考まで、NADIAのHPをご覧ください（team-nadia.org）
・水・スポーツドリンクなどを十分な量をお忘れずに！

キャンセルについて
・ご登録をされますと費用が発生しますので、キャンセルの場合は、以下の費用をいただく場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
　　　＊バス：出発1週間以内のキャンセルは、交通費の全額を徴収いたします。
　　　＊宿泊：出発２日以内のキャンセルは、交通費、宿泊代金（食事を含む）を全額徴収いたします。

参加者の年齢制限について
・NADIAの活動には２０才未満の参加者が下記の通りきつく制限されています：
　　　＊１８～１９才：保護者の署名必須
　　　＊１５～１７才：保護者と一緒に参加必須
　　　＊０～１４才：参加禁止

個人情報について
・個人情報は活動のコーディネーション以外の利用は一切いたしません。
