Vegan food availability
This questionnaire is part of a student's dissertation which aims to investigate whether the big four UK supermarkets (Asda, Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsbury's) offer sufficient commercial food products for a consumer to sustain a vegan diet.

 To complete this questionnaire, the participant must:
- follow a vegan diet, whereby the consumption of animal derivative food products are excluded.
- be 18 years of age or over.
- be a resident in the UK.

Where the term 'commercial vegan food products' is used in this questionnaire, it refers to both manufactured and retailer's own  food products which are specifically tailored by companies to suit the needs of vegans.
