Soal selidik ini bertujuan mengkaji motivasi anda terhadap pembelajaran yang baru anda lalui. Semua maklumat adalah rahsia dan untuk tujuan kajian sahaja.
Arahan:
Soal selidik ini mengandungi 37 penyataan yang boleh menghuraikan motivasi terhadap pembelajaran. Sila klik tahap persetujuan anda terhadap setiap penyataan mengikut skala yang diberikan (1: Not at all true ... 4: Somewhat true ... 7: Very true). Jikalau anda tidak faham maksud sesuatu penyataan, sila bertanya kepada pensyarah anda. Anda boleh abaikan item 32 hingga 37 jikalau pembelajaran anda tidak dilakukan dalam kumpulan.
