"Blood on the Rocks" Lahaina Pali Trail Run - March 2, 2013

Please complete the following form to register for the Lahaina Pali Trail Run. Entry in the run is FREE, but you must be an ACTIVE VIRR club member, it is a member run. If you need to signup as a member or renew click here: http://www.virr.com/home/members/join/ START TIME: 8:00 AM, Saturday, March 2, 2013 PLACE: Meet at Kapoli Street parking lot across the street from Carl's Jr. to carpool to trailhead. See map: http://goo.gl/maps/9zYyz COURSE: Run up from Ma'alaea side of Pali Trail, turnaround at windmills for 5 mile run or continue down to Lahaina side trailhead for out and back 10 mile run. First 1.5 miles up Pali Trail is extremely steep and challenging terrain with 1500'+ elevation gain. If you need to leave early before everyone gets back, you can jog back to parking area at Carl's Jr, it is about 1 mile from trailhead. We will have a sign-in / sign-out sheet at the trailhead. I agree to stay on course, follow the instructions of the group organizers, and have a good time.
