Fees and Expenses
We run this gathering on a free will offering / pay what you are able basis. The bottom of the suggested range is below what we actually must pay for room & board. If you are able, please give more to help cover additional costs including childcare, organizing expenses, and to help others with limited means (including Friends from abroad, young adults, retirees, and war tax resisters) to participate.

If you feel led to attend, please do not stay away for financial reasons.

The following are suggested contributions PER DAY, PER ADULT including meals:

Adults ages 36 & older: $30-60. Young Adults ages 18-35: $20-40. Children and youth ages 6-17: $10-25. Toddlers & infants under age 6 free.

You can pay your gathering fee - preferably using check or cash - when you arrive at Woolman Hill. It is also possible to pay using Paypal, Visa or Mastercard if that is easier for you.

Advance payment is not required. Please let us know ASAP, however, if your plans change.
