Rules:
- It is your responsibility to make sure that your audio equipments (i.e., the microphone and speaker of your computer) are properly configured for Skype purposes and they work smoothly at your end. If necessary, please seek help from our other members in good time, so that technical glitches at your end do not create any disruptions when the workshop is in progress.
- It is your responsibility to make sure that you have properly gone through the preparatory reading materials which have been forwarded to you before the workshop.
- It is your responsibility to make sure that you are present in the workshop from the beginning. Late entries will not be allowed as that will disrupt the workshop.
- Allow at least two hours for each of the workshops. It is not permissible to leave the workshop early. If you think you may not be able to stay throughout the whole workshop, please choose a workshop at a future date in which you can stay the whole period.
- To cancel your attendance to a particular workshop, please notify the team at least two days in advance so that another attendee can be offered your place.
- It is compulsory to fill in the feedback forms or any other questionnaire that may be supplied to you. It will be your responsibility to submit the completed form to the workshop organising team.
