Please fill out the following form to order your shirts. Once orders are received you will be emailed a copy of your order along with the final price for confirmation. This will be your last chance to make any changes to your order. T-shirts cost $15 and long sleeve shirts cost $22.  Discounts will be given for orders of 5 or more.  A small additional charge will be added for orders that are shipped and will be mailed once payment is received.
