CFI Leadership Conference 2012 Registration Application

This form is used to collect registration information from students interested in attending the Center for Inquiry Student Leadership Conference June 21–24 in Amherst, NY. After we receive your information, we will contact you for payment information. If you are applying for a travel grant, fill out this form AND the travel grant application. You may fill out this form before committing to attend.
