<b>SIGN WAIVER:</b> To expedite the registration process for your first shift, please download Volunteer Waiver. Fill it out, and bring it to your Sunday Streets Orientation. You only need to complete the form once for the entire season: www.sundaystreetssf.com/VolunteerWaiver.pdf

Have you attended a Sunday Streets Volunteer Orientation in 2011? *
One Orientation is required to volunteer. It's fast, easy, and fun to meet other volunteers. If this is your first time volunteering, please plan to arrive early for an Volunteer Orientation. You must attend, or else you're are not eligible to volunteer for the event.
