This survey asks questions about what you have been doing since you left high school.  Your former school will NOT know the names of the students who respond.  We will combine your answers with the answers of your classmates to let your school know how well they prepared you for your future.  Your school will use this as a way to grade themselves on how well they are preparing students for life after high school.  Someone who knows you well can help you complete it.
