Beyond Intellectual Profit: Using Classroom Knowledge in the Workplace

The "Beyond Intellectual Profit" Symposium asks Batesies to consider how their knowledge translates from the classroom to the workplace. During the day, students can talk to alumni, potential employers, staff, and other professionals about what it means to "use" a Bates education. We will primarily focus on the way students translate knowledge about race/ethnicity, gender, ability, socio-economic status, and citizenship. Please join us for an exciting discussion!
