Thanks, guys, for taking the time to do this survey.  Please answer the questions as thoroughly as you can...  I really do read and analyze the results.  Your input is VERY important to helping me continue to develop and improve as a teacher.

TRUE or FALSE: I looked forward to or felt overall good about this class most days. *
I tried to be generous with worksheet due dates, and work through at least two or three worksheet exercises together in class before they were due.  Any additional ideas on what I could do next trimester to make worksheets more effective?
What do you think about when I make groups based on learning style and other results of your start-of-course survey?  I REALLY like it... *

Did you see anyone successfully conceal cheating during class?  If so, how did he/she get away with it? *
Also, what did the student(s) cheat on?  Quiz, test, worksheet, extra credit, etc.?
Grade Mr. Welch's overall performance this trimester with regard to... preparation for each day's lesson.  (Did you feel each day was logically planned, well planned?) *
...approachability.  (Could you feel comfortable asking him for help with classwork or discussing problems with him?) *
...grading papers and returning them in a timely manner. *
...classroom learning environment. (Was the classroom a pleasant, upbeat place where you felt interested in learning and safe making mistakes?) *
