Only registered Parade of Homes agents are allowed to register their properties to be marketed for FREE through the Parade of Homes event.
If you have not registered as a Parade of Homes agent please go to
www.areaa.org/ie and scroll down to click on the Agent Registration Portal link right below the event flyer.
Note properties you register MUST BE AVAILABLE for home buyers to make offers during the weekend of 11/5/11 (Saturday) and 11/6/11 (Sunday).
The PROPERTY REGISTRATION PORTAL is closed at this time. However, you can make changes and add last minute new listings into the EXCEPTION LIST PORTAL to be included in the EXCEPTION LIST.
You may continue making changes to your listings until Friday, 11/4/11 at 5:00 PM. No changes will be published after that time.
You may register your properties for the following purposes
1. To be selected as one of the stops for the bus tour routes
2. Advertise your open house schedules (it can be both SAT and SUN or just one day)
3. Make your properties available for other agents to do open houses
4. Make your properties available for showings
NOTE:
THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH LISTING. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE LISTING YOU MUST ENTER ONE ENTRY PER PROPERTY. E.g. if you have 3 listings then you should complete this form 3 times.
A "CHANGE" record will replace the previous record entered under the same MLS NUMBER and all information from the latest record entered will be in effect.
To cancel a previously registered record just select "CANCEL" as the ENTRY TYPE and make sure you enter the correct
- MLS NUMBER
- LISTING AGENT MLS PUBLIC ID
- STREET NUMBER
- STREET NAME
We will match previously entered record based on those 4 fields and cancel the record. For the rest of the required field you can just enter "X", since we will not be using them for any further purpose.
