2012 LAR FLL PT Registration
Welcome to the Los Angeles Region FIRST® LEGO® League (FLL®) Practice Tournament (PT) registration form for the 2012 SENIOR SOLUTIONS℠ season. The Los Angeles Region supports FLL teams in Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties in Southern California.

PTs are Community Events held in the fall to help teams prepare for Qualifying Tournaments QTs). PTs were previously called Local Tournaments. PTs are not official FLL events, so they do not have to meet official FLL standards. Los Angeles Region FLL teams are encouraged to attend a PT prior to attending a QT. A team may attend more than one PT if space is available at each event. Registration for PTs and QTs will be open October 1-15, 2012

Twelve PTs are scheduled this year, and two more are pending. All 14 PTs are included on the list below. PTs are scheduled on Saturday October 20, on Saturday and and Sunday October 27 and 28, on Saturday and Sunday November 3 and 4, and on Saturday and Sunday November 10 and 11. PTs vary in size from 6 to 36 teams. All PTs offer teams the Robot Game and most offer all three areas of judging (Robot Design, Project and Core Values). Many half-day PTs charge $40 registration fee per team, and many full-day PTs charge $50 registration fee per team.
