Bidders- Please DO NOT BID if you do not intend to pay. All of the funds raised are going to the family. We hope to have this done in a timely matter, so we can get the money to the family as soon as possible. This is how the auction will run.

*On Monday, (August 22) at 9am, the auction will open.
*You must have a Paypal account to place a bid. This is how we will be collecting payment at the end. Do not place a bid until you open a Paypal account.
*To place a bid on an item, comment under the photo of the item (not the album, the photo), with your bid, and your Paypal email only.
*If you are the first bidder on that item, you MUST start with the starting bid for that item.
*Please do not comment on a photo, unless it is a bid. If you have a question about that item, post it on our wall, or email us the question at VaughnAuction@hotmail.com
*On Sunday, (August 28th) at 9pm the auction will close. I will go through every photo, and the highest bidder will win that item. If you posted your bid after 9pm on that day, your bid won’t count.

After getting the list of all the winning bidders, I will send them a Paypal invoice to their email. I ask that you pay that as soon as possible so I can let the vendor know that you have paid. I will then give each vendor the email, and/or shipping address of the winner of their item, letting them know you have paid for the item.

I ask that everyone be patient at the end, because we have over 130 items, and I will be going in order of how the photos appear in the album. So, if you won an item towards the end of the album, it might take me a day or two to email you your invoice. Likewise, vendors, if your item was towards the end of the album, it might take me a couple days to get you the address, and/or email of the winning bidder.

Thank you all for participating! Once all the invoices are paid, I will post how much money was raised! Remember, 100% of that is going to the Vaughn family.
