Harvard Cabin Work Weekend  October 13 & 14, 2012
We need your help with our Solar Electric Upgrade. We need to get about 2000 Pounds (900 Kilograms) of concrete mix up to the Harvard Cabin. The concrete will form the foundation for a mast to mount our solar panels.
Many Hands makes light work! .

We will have 40 pound (18 Kilogram) bags of mix at Pinkham Notch Visitors Center for volunteers to hike up to the cabin! Look for Rich (caretaker) or other HMC Volunteers. You'll probably find us near the north end of the parking lot! We'll make ourselves plenty visible.

What to bring...

    -Backpack suitable for carrying 40 pounds!

    -A Trash Bag to keep mix out of your pack!

    -Food & Water



The more the merrier - 50 People gets the job done!!!! Please help use get ready for the season!

Unfortunately, due to the operating restrictions outlined in our permit, Harvard Cabin cannot accommodate overnight guests during the off-season.  We'll see you on December 1st! Thanks for your help and understanding.
