Our multi-faceted, growing membership is comprised primarily of young adults in the age range of 21-42 that represent various industries and professions nationally. The National Membership Committee is responsible for obtaining and retaining members, motivating our members to get involved, educating members about our ongoing national programs/events and continuing to develop creative and innovative ways to keep members engaged in the The Young & Powerful Group.

Y&P is currently conducting national community outreach and professional development programs such as our Pipeline Project Mentoring Program, Brunch Series Professional Coaching, Be Fit, Unemployment Survival, and many more.

The good news is that we're recruiting for national and city leadership positions. We need leaders like you to take ACTION towards our policy focus areas, Education Reform, Political Awareness, Health & Wellness, or Social Entrepreneurship.
