EVENT FOLLOW UP
Please use this form for events. The contents of this follow up will be reviewed by representatives of all student governments. It is important that you take the time to thoroughly fill it out.

Did you meet your goals? Did the people who attended enjoy your event? etc. Please be as detailed and thorough as possible. What aspects did people like, what did you like/not like...
Was everything that needed to be prepared for your event (facilities set up, food set up, IT set up etc.) done before the event started?
Was there anything you needed to change, do before the event that you requested to be done?
How many people were you expecting at your event and how many people came to your event?
If you had less people than expected, indicate why you think this was the case.
Would you change anything about your event?
Please include things like: we ordered too much food, we had about 20 bottles of soda left over. We didn't order enough of the keychains we were giving out. We didn't need that many busses, the busses came late etc... This is very important information and we need you to be thorough!
