STUDENTS OF FOOD SCIENCE AND FOOD TECHNOLOGY
PLEASE READ THESE SHORT INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING!
The following questionnaire is a part of the ISEKI Food 4 project. It should take less than 10 minutes to complete. One of the aims of IFood4 is to increase innovation in Food Studies education to fit the needs of Enterprise. In that regard, we are asking you, the student studying Food Science or Food Technology to tell us how satisfied you are with your current Food Studies education.
We first ask about Technical Skills, Competences and Knowledge, then about "Soft Skills" and then some demographic information. The information you supply here is completely confidential, your responses will not be associated with your name, nor with your email address, nor with your university.
Hundreds of Food Science students throughout the world will be completing this questionnaire! Results of the analysis will be available on the IFood4 website before the end of 2012 and will be used by the IFood4 project to generate innovative approaches in the training of FS&Ts. Please help by telling us what you think about your Food Science curriculum.
