Queso Diego May Meeting RSVP
The May meeting of Queso Diego will feature a discussion on Smoked Cheeses, led by Chris Banker.  We will discuss smoking cheeses, varieties of smoked cheeses, and options for buying or making a cold smoker for smoking cheeses.  We will sample a variety of commercial and homemade smoked cheeses.  

Attendees are encouraged to smoke their own cheeses and/or bring smoke beers, smoked foods, scotch, and commercial smoked cheeses to share.

The meeting will be held at 6:30pm on Tues, May 20 at City Farmer's Nursery (http://www.cityfarmersnursery.com/).
