Advance registration for the conference and all its associated activities (Package A) will be a flat fee of $40, which includes:

-Thursday night's keynote event
-Friday night's opening panel
-Saturday conference, including morning snacks, lunch and light refreshments throughout day.
-Saturday night concert put on by the People's Art Network and the International Conference of Progressive Culture, featuring M-1 of Dead Prez, Murr ft. Rosina, Acalanto, Tru Rez, d'bi young, and more...

A subsidy option is available for those who would like to participate in all conference activities, but can not afford it.  But since our subsidies are limited, we ask only that those who really need it to apply (information below)

Note: This registration page does not apply to the Second General Assembly of ILPS-Canada. That is a separate function and requires another registration. All are welcome. See below for more details.

For attendees who are only able to attend certain events but not others, they can register for just the events that are attending:

Package A - $40 - Thursday night Keynote + Friday night Opening Panel + Saturday Conference with lunch, refreshments + Saturday night Concert
Package B - $30 - 'Package A' but no Saturday concert
Package C - $20 - 'Package A' but no Saturday concert and no Thursday keynote

For those not participating in the conference, registration is not required for the following events:
Thursday Keynote Presentation - ($10 for non-participants)
Opening Panel – ($5 for non participants)
Saturday night Concert – ($15 for non participants)

Note on Second General Assembly of ILPS-Canada (Friday, November 9, Morning-Afternoon):

On the morning and afternoon of November 9, the Second General Assembly of ILPS-Canada will take place.  This is a SEPARATE EVENT from the main conference activities.  Member organizations of ILPS may send up to two official delegates to fully participate. Additional members of member organizations may participate as non-voting members with speaking rights.  Individuals who are not part of member organizations or who are part of organizations looking to join may participate as observers only.  The Second General Assembly will be a separate $10 and will include a lunch for all participants.  Registration for Second General Assembly of ILPS-Canada is also necessary and is available here: http://tinyurl.com/cpj6p9u.  Organizations interested in joining ILPS-Canada should review the Charter and By-Laws as well as the 18 concerns of ILPS at www.ilps.info and the Constitution of ILPS-Canada at ilps-canada.ca.  To submit an application for membership in ILPS-Canada and ILPS, visit: http://tinyurl.com/cpj6p9u.

Your registration will not be finalized until we have received your payment (unless you are paying cash at conference). Advanced payment is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED so that we can secure funds to cover conference expenses.

PAYMENT BY EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER:

If you have access to Online Banking you should be able to send an 'Interac Money Transfer' or 'Email Money Transfer' for free or for less than a couple dollars.  This option is usually available through your online banking account. Email money transfers must be mailed to ilps.canada@gmail.com. You will need to set a secret password for the money transfer. Please email this password to ilps.canada@gmail.com.

PAYMENT BY CASH:

Cash payments can be made at conference during the official registration times: Thursday night, Friday morning before the ILPS-Canada Second General Assembly, Friday evening before Opening Panel, or Saturday morning before conference begins.  However, we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE advance payment to assist us in paying for our conference expenses.
