Please join us as we form two new Joint Committees to develop sustainability standards for the Water Treatment and Distribution Products Industry. The Sustainable Water Chemicals Joint Committee will have a scope related to sustainability assessment of chemical products added directly to water (e.g., for drinking water treatment), and the Sustainable Water Products Joint Committee will focus on water contact equipment, products, and materials. The scope of work remains applicable to all of NSF’s existing water related standards and programs, including those for commercial and residential products serving drinking water, wastewater, plumbing product and recreational water markets.
