Nationwide Month of Service Alumni Submission Form
Please submit this form at least three weeks prior to your service project to allow for T-shirt delivery time.

Community Service Activity Criteria: Activity must involve Elon alumni and friends and/or family members serving a charitable mission or cause that (1) is completed during the month of April 2012 and (b) does not receive remuneration (any form of payment: money, goods, services, etc.)

Plan to wear your Elon Nationwide Month of Service T-shirt while participating in your service activity. If possible and permitted, please bring a camera along to take pictures of you and your guests involved in the activity. Then post your photo and a quick recap of your project at our Facebook page (Elon Alumni Association) or email to alumni@elon.edu. You might be featured on E-Net and in The Magazine of Elon!

Photo specifications: Images must be clear and high resolution (300 ppi preferred). Cell phone photos typically are not of high enough quality to run in print publications. The Office of Alumni Engagement and the Office of University Communications reserves the right to determine the appropriateness and quality of the images submitted. Photos including alcoholic beverages will not be used.
