DDC Volunteer Application 2016-2017
Thank you for considering service at DDC!

Whether you are a returning or new volunteer, we welcome your contribution to DDC. Volunteer activities are flexible and convenient: they take place on Columbia's main campus generally Monday through Friday, between 4:00 and 6:00pm, and on Saturdays between 9:00am and 2:00pm, as well as other times during the winter break and summer months.  Non-Columbia University volunteers and all those wishing to teach should email a recent resume and contact information for two professional references to ddc@columbia.edu.

At DDC, we take the Protection of Minors very seriously. Columbia University policy now requires that volunteers complete a background check, self-disclosure form, and an online training. In order to volunteer with our programs, volunteers must be screened and cleared by the University. After completing this volunteer application, please complete the self-disclosure form, then you will receive a follow-up email for the background check and training.
