StoryViz Application -- Winter 2012
Hi!  Here is the application for the Stanford d.school course, StoryViz, Winter 2012.  The class is technically described as ME 391-71 (16045) -- Engineering Problems -- Scott Doorley.
Please visit www.storyviz.com for a full description of the course details.

This application has a few basic questions. There are no "incorrect" answers necessarily.  For example, if you haven't taken a d.school class and say as much, we will not keep you from applying.  We mostly want that information to help us tailor the course content.  Please be as concise and complete as possible with your answers.

One of the questions asks about the kickstarter project you'll be using as a means for applying the content of the class during the quarter... leading to a "pitch" of a project idea.  Please familiarize yourself with www.kickstarter.com/start and the course details before answering that particular question.

>>> This application is due by 12 PM (Noon!), December 7th, 2011 <<<

Thanks!
Scott and Scott.
