2013 Schools to Watch Conference Presentation Proposal Form
*April 15, 2013 is the deadline for Presentation Proposals

*Please fill out the form below as completely as possible.  

*The information you are inputting into this application will be what is listed in the  the conference program booklet so please be accurate and thoughtful  when typing in this information.  

*Make sure that all Co-Presenters and their emails have been included. Conference information will be sent via email and the presenters listed here will be the ones listed in the conference program booklet.

*Presentations take place on Friday, June 28th from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday, June 29th from 8:30 AM to 10:45 AM. Please arrange return travel arrangements after 1 PM on Saturday, June 29th.

*New and Redesignated Schools to Watch being recognized at the 2013 conference get priority.
